Binance Hires Gemini Executive as Chief Compliance Officer

Binance said Noah Perlman has joined as its chief compliance officer from rival Gemini Trust Co., as the cryptocurrency exchange continues to beef up its legal and compliance team amid regulatory scrutiny.
